Trust is everything when it comes to e-commerce and if you cannot deliver, don't commit! that is the simple mantra. But if you can deliver, and have a tie -up with a logistics firm, go ahead and start few items on sale on your website. Look out for items that are unique and not available easily with large retailers and this way, you are not in direct competition with giants. Targeting your locality than the whole world first is another good strategy to get started.

1. Find more ways to promote your website, be active on forums- the more the number of visitors, more attractive your 'Banner Ad Space' will be.
2. Do display honest stats about visitors per day on your site. better still, if you can display real-time stats on current active sessions.
3. Participate actively in local events-which are relevant to the content of your website, and advertise 'Trial display of Ads'. Soon your website will be seen and will be recognized as platform for reaching out.
